ANB Advertising and Sponsorship Rates
Sponsorship and advertising with the ANB is as easy as:

- Click the Logo |
As one of the most visited websites on the Net today, the ANB website genuinely has a large number of hits per month both in terms of unique visitors and repeat visitors. Our all time record was in excess of 1,000,000 audited hits during our live world championships month, of course we don’t have world championships every month, but we do average well over 100,000 hits each and every month and have been achieving that for the last 6 years.

We don’t have any special secret, we just have lots of very loyal members and friends, and we try to keep our website up to date with timely and relevant news, posters, results and so on. After resisting selling space on our website for other business ventures, we have finally decided to acceded to your requests and now there
is a logo space you can purchase on an annual basis with a link back to your own website.
There is basically only one size, which fits on either side of the website and is 160 x
165 pixels. The width is absolutely fixed at 160 and cannot be altered, however the height can be a few pixels more or less, but generally as close to the
165 pixel height is desirable, that way everyone will have about the same size.
Each logo will have a link back to its parent website which will open in a new
instance of web browser. If you don’t have a website of your own, you can still
participate in the promotion and have your logo clickable to an e-mail address.
For advertising prices please contact Ron Ziemiecki via e-mail info@anb.com.au or ring Ron on 0418 166 790. There are package deals for those companies and people whom wish to bundle logo space with competition sponsorship and our online store. You can purchase one, two or all three advertising elements and bag yourself a bargain.
Competition Sponsorship - 10 Good Reasons
Booth space inside the venue to setup a display, the amount of space will be reasonable and the formula is to simply divide the total amount of available booth space by the number of sponsors, normally common sense prevails and most sponsors get on well with each other.
Banner or signage rights, meaning you can hang a banner in a suitable location providing it does not hinder the competition in anyway i.e. not cover a fire exit sign for example, and not damage the venue walls etc. You can also have a sign of an approved type on the stage behind the athletes, an introduction to the manufacturer of these specific signs will be given freely. Also, if supplied in time, space on the internal audio visual system, if the venue has one.
Have a division named after your company which means you or your appointed representative will give out the trophies to the winner and placegetters of your division. Microphone commentary during the course of the day and night. It’s best to have a prepared, typed single sheet of paper, with a dozen key points, double spaced and in large point size, so it can be easily read.
A brief interview on stage or on the way to the stage with either you or your representative, with the MC, this is usually done just prior to the trophy presentation ceremony where logistically possible. Plus numerous microphone mentions throughout the day. There is always a dedicated sponsors interval, where the competition actually stops and the audience are encouraged to visit the sponsors booths. Sometimes we have a roving MC with a radio microphone actually go from booth to booth asking questions whilst the fans are lined up trying to purchase product from the sponsors. Some sponsors offer a prize to any person who purchases from them on the day and the prize is usually announced towards the end of the competition when the interest is heightened.
The ANB invented a system of overall pose downs, which is designed as a climax and conclusion to the event, where the champion of champions is crowned, this system of competition ensures that people stay right to the end of the event making your sponsorship dollars worth every cent. For two or three day events, usually, the venues we hire, are accommodating in letting sponsors leave their displays setup in a secure environment overnight, this however is not guaranteed and is clearly not within our capability to enforce, however most venues have been with us for decades and understand our special needs and requirements and if they can, are usually inclined to be helpful. This also applies to electricity during the event, you are encouraged to bring your own power boards, double adaptors, gaffer tape, staples, linen clothes etc.
Free entry for you and a colleague, you will have free entry all day, all areas for the both of you or your representatives. Special announcements welcoming your guests can be made providing you arrange it beforehand and have the details clearly typed on paper. We understand how important it is for sponsors to entertain their corporate executives and guests and we will certainly make a huge fuss over you, if you desire.
Website recognition via a story on our news page, you may extend this to both before and after the event, written by you and proofed by us for the greatest effect. Our website had in excess on one million hits during June 2008 when our world championships were on, and to be honest we regularly have hundreds of thousands of hits monthly. We get a lot of visitors at all times and our website is really our pride and joy because it represents our Federation all year nationally. Our website address of http://www.anb.com.au has been unchanged for over a decade and people can easily guess it. When using the Australian Google, and searching on the key phrase ‘Natural Bodybuilding’, we come out first, plus we have 4400 links to our website from other sites.
You will also be granted the right to give samples of your products to the athletes, and audience as well if desired. These gifts are at the sponsors expense and are not factored into the sponsorship fee. You are also granted the rights to place promotional literature either on every seat or table or at suitable location near entrances and exits.
After the competition the ANB will continue to promote your business in a passive sense by ensuring that all media contacts covering our competitions will name the category in full, for example the Horleys Over 90 kilo class, this means you will continue to reap the benefits of your sponsorship long after the competition is over. We have a very good relationship with all sections of the mass media and constantly send out results which carry the sponsor’s name. Where possible we will encourage the champion of your division to engage in a photo opportunity with the sponsor, but we cannot guarantee this in all cases. Also, normally the presenting sponsor can have a photo opportunity on stage holding the hands of the winner and runner up above their heads with their trophies on the stage in front of them. Sponsors need to be quick with their cameras during this spontaneous and unrehearsed portion of the event.
As you can verify for yourself, the ANB genuinely is the shining star when it comes to Natural Bodybuilding in Australia. Advertising with the ANB makes sense and saves cents, we will never stop trying to promote you to our members and the general public at large. Bodybuilding is for all sports, not just competition bodybuilding, but strength training and good nutrition is at the core of all sports and indeed all physical activity period. The ANB has a charter to lead by example and provide all Australians with sound nutritional advice, role modelling and guidance. We are totally committed to the abolition of drugs in sport, and we rely on our Anti-Doping partners (ASADA) to keep our sport clean.
