3.00pm.
Rego & Weigh In: Saturday, 18th September 2010, 12pm to 1.30pm, at VIP Fitness Studio, Washington Avenue, Niagara Park. There will be registrations accepted on Sunday morning before 9am, at the event, in exceptional circumstances only.
