Lower Body Development: The lower body should be significantly more developed than the upper body. This includes well-defined glutes, hamstring tie ins and quads.
Lean Physique: Competitors should have a tight physique that highlights muscular development rather than excess body fat. The goal is to show muscle definition without appearing overly striated.
Muscle Separation: There should be visible separation in the shoulders and quads, but no extreme striations.
The glute/hamstring tie-in should exhibit separation, more so than in the Sports Model category, but not as conditioned as in the fitness category
Muscularity:
The lower body should display more muscularity than a Sports Model, yet less than a Fitness &
more rounder muscle bellies than a bikini athlete this asymmetrical shape ensures dominance in the lower half
Upper Body: Shoulder and back development should be evident but less pronounced compared to the development of the glutes, hamstrings, and quads. This creates a balanced yet distinctive asymmetry favoring the lower body.
