Who can compete in ANB events?
ANB welcomes athletes of all experience levels, from first-time competitors to established pros. If you have questions about preparing for a competition, contact the ANB team.
Amateur athletes can compete with ANB while also competing with other organisations.
ANB Pro athletes are held in high regard within the natural bodybuilding industry. Earning an ANB Pro Card opens a pathway to international natural bodybuilding platforms, with the opportunity to represent ANB and your country on the world stage.
Do you have to qualify for an ANB state show?
No. ANB state shows are open to eligible athletes. Every state show is also a Pro Qualifier, giving athletes the opportunity to work towards earning an ANB Pro Card.
Is there an age requirement to compete?
Yes. Athletes must be at least 17 years old to compete in ANB events.
Can I attend an ANB prep workshop if I am not competing in the upcoming show?
Yes. ANB prep workshops are open to everyone. You are welcome to attend whether you are preparing for a future competition or simply want to learn more about ANB.
