The bikini division allows crossover with the wellness category.

Competitors should have a slightly softer, X-shaped physique than the fitness class, with emphasis on symmetry, shape, and presentation.
 
Physique Criteria:
  • Lean enough to show abdominal lines (not a full six-pack)
  • Full shoulders with no separation, tapering into developed lats, glutes, quads, and hamstrings
  • Tight, rounded glutes with visible tie-ins, no striations
  • Athletes should appear fit and clearly train

Complete package—physique, confidence, stage presence, and overall beauty.
 
Two Rounds of Judging:
Round 1 – T-Walk:
Athletes pause to showcase 3 poses that highlight their physique and confidence.
 
Round 2 – Group Comparisons:
Athletes perform half turns to front and back as directed.

  • Front Pose: Side glute pop, upper body angled to judges; shows V-taper, shoulders, and symmetry
  • Back Pose: Hands behind head, hair forward to show upper back and taper; focuses on back and glute conditioning

  1. Lower Body Development: The lower body should be significantly more developed than the upper body. This includes well-defined glutes, hamstring tie ins and quads.
  2. Lean Physique: Competitors should have a tight physique that highlights muscular development rather than excess body fat. The goal is to show muscle definition without appearing overly striated.
  3. Muscle Separation: There should be visible separation in the shoulders and quads, but no extreme striations.
    The glute/hamstring tie-in should exhibit separation, more so than in the Sports Model category, but not as conditioned as in the fitness category
  4. Muscularity:
    The lower body should display more muscularity than a Sports Model, yet less than a Fitness &
    more rounder muscle bellies than a bikini athlete this asymmetrical shape ensures dominance in the lower half
  5. Upper Body: Shoulder and back development should be evident but less pronounced compared to the development of the glutes, hamstrings, and quads. This creates a balanced yet distinctive asymmetry favoring the lower body.

ROUNDS

  • First round – T walk 3 of your favourite poses on each point
  • Second Round – Quarter turns
  • Third Round – Half turns with walking to the back of the stage & front of the stage

Judged in a 2 piece figure bikini, high heels to be worn.

  • Rd1 Compulsory Poses (Front Double Biceps, Side chest, Side Tricep, Rear Double Biceps, Abs & Thighs)
  • Symmetry Round consisting of 4 x quarter turns
  • Optional Posing Routine: athletes to provides 60 second music track in MP3 and provided on a USB stick can also be emailed to promoter.

Figure Divisions*

Judged on muscularity condition, symmetry, shape and presentation. Competitors should have more muscularity than a fitness competitor but not the level of a women’s physique competitor.
